Parking will be available at

Advent United Methodist Church, 2258 Woodruff Road.

Please note the lots that will be available for parking are located towards the back of the church.

Shuttles will run approximately every 20 minutes starting at 4:30pm (note: times subject to change due to buses finishing their school routes)

Shuttle drop-off and pick-up will be located in the back of the Monarch campus.

 

CARPOOLING is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED!!

Please consider the safety of yourself and others;

allow extra time to take shuttle and enjoy the carnival!

SILENT AUCTION INFORMATION

~ The silent auction will be held in the cafeteria.

~ Bidding will begin at 4:30 and end promptly at 8:00 pm.

~ Bidding numbers will be assigned at the door.

~ Won auction items will be available for pick up at the school:

Saturday, April 5^th, 10am-3pm  or  Monday, April 7, 7:30am - 12 noon

~ “Buy It Now” items will be available for pick up the night of the auction.

~ Cash, personal checks and credit cards will be accepted.

~ If you cannot stay until auction end, calls will be made on Saturday to let you know if you won an item.

~ Any items not picked up by 12pm on Monday will go to the next highest bidder.
