Mistletoe Market
December 9th-13th
Mistletoe Market is a fun and exciting place for the children to shop on their own for those very special holiday gifts for family and friends; there will be gifts even for your family pet. We have been decorating and organizing this week. As the students walk by, they are already making their lists!
Each class will have a special time during the week to shop at Mistletoe Market. There will be a wide variety of items for the children to choose from. Prices will be reasonable, ranging from $0.50 to $10.00, with the majority of items costing less then $5.00.
The PTA is in need of volunteers to help with Mistletoe Market. Volunteers will help the children shop and select their gifts, restock and organize the shop after each class visit, man the cash registers and wrap gifts. Volunteer spots will be in 2 hour increments during the week.
We will also need volunteers for the PTA night on the evening of Monday, December 9!
What a great way to get in the holiday spirit by helping the children select that perfect gift for Mistletoe Market!!!!!
Please sign up to volunteer. We have many spots available. If we are understaffed or have no volunteers to work the market, we will have to limit the days the students can shop.

Polar Express Day
December 19th
Children can wear their pajamas to school that day with tennis shoes. All students will be given a train ticket to give to the “train conductor” as they enter the building on the 19th. Grade levels will have special activities throughout the day.Holiday Parties
December 20th
We ask that all parents come in through the office and sign in. All parents that have attended the parties for the first time slot must leave no later than the end time of the party to allow for parking for the next group. The same holds true for the second group as we will have buses coming in and will need to get into the bus loop.
The times for the parties are:
11:00- 12:00 – K4, K5, 3rd, 4th
12:45 – 1:45 – 1st, 2nd, 5th
November-December:
Dec. 7th - Monarch Spirit Night at the Road Warriors Game
Dec. 9th - PTA Meeting - 6:30pm - K5 and 1st grade perform
Dec. 9th-13th - Mistletoe Market - during school hours and Monday evening during PTA mtg.
Dec. 10th - Chorus performs at Roper Mountain Science Center - 6:30pm
Dec. 12th - Extended Day Spirit Night at Moe's on Woodruff Rd. - 5pm-9pm
