Transportation Forms for 2014-2015 School Year
Please remember to complete your child's school transportation form for the upcoming 2014-2015 school year! Please return all forms to your child's teacher or the front office!!!
District offices and schools will be open Monday, June 9 through Friday, August 8, from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Schools and offices will be closed on Fridays. Closing schools and offices on Fridays during the summer will save the district $50,000 per day in utility costs.
Columbia Museum of Art
Photo Contest
The Columbia Museum of Art is hosting a contest for students to photograph the "main drag" in their county:
46 Main Street, South Carolina, The place to be in all 46 counties.
One winner will be selected from each county, displayed at the Museum,
then moved for display in Washington, DC!
Deadline is June 30, 2014

The Park Hop Passport for 2014 has now been released, as well as the latest edition of the Park Hop Mobile App, created by Gamemaster.
This summer long adventure can be completed using either the Park Passport (that can be downloaded below) or using the Park Hop Mobile App (information below). As a part of the scavenger hunt you and your family can visit 19 different parks and recreation venues, discover a clue, and be eligible to win cool prizes like REI camping gear, water park passes, and a cool Park Hop t-shirt. You have the entire summer (til August 4th) to visit the parks and find your clues. All participants who visit at least five parks will receive a prize, those who visit 10 will receive an additional prize, and those who visit 16 will receive an even cooler prize at the Park Hop Closing Celebration!
